7.1 All items are individually quality checked by Astoria Cigars prior to dispatch however, we accept that issues may arise. The Astoria Cigars Return Policy is included within the Terms and Conditions of Sale as follows:
7.2 Should you not be satisfied with your order, you are required to notify Astoria Cigars by email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receipt, quoting your order number and the reason for return.
7.3 Due to the delicate nature of, cigars and cigarellos, these must be received back at Astoria Cigars headquarters in their original condition and packaging within 7 calendar days of your email.
7.4 Change of Mind/Items No Longer Required
7.4.1 You will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us at your own cost.
7.4.2 For items valued at up to £50, returns must be via Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class ‘Signed For’ as a minimum.
7.4.3 For items valued £51 and above, returns must be via Royal Mail Special Delivery. You must ensure that you choose the correct compensation level to safeguard your Return in the event of loss or damage.
7.4.4 Astoria Cigars cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Ensure that you retain your proof of postage.
7.5 Damaged or Faulty Goods
7.5.1 In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act (2015) you have 30 calendar days from receipt to reject an item for entitlement to a full refund.
7.5.2 For non perishable items i.e. accessories, you have six months from receipt to claim for repair or replacement should a product fail to meet the quality standard expected.
7.5.3 Various items are subject to longer warranties which extend the period during which the manufacturer remains responsible for repair or replacement. This period varies between products.
7.5.4 Defects that are in our reasonable opinion caused by fair wear and tear, deliberate damage, accidental damage, negligence, abnormal use, failure to follow manufacturer instructions, misuse or alteration or repair of the goods without manufacturer approval will not be eligible for a full refund.
7.5.5 In the unfortunate event that you need to notify us that goods are damaged or faulty, you are required to email email@example.com for further instructions.
7.5.6 Should an item be confirmed to be faulty, we will refund the cost of return postage of that item in addition to the purchase price. In the event that you accept a replacement product in lieu, Astoria Cigars will also bear the cost of shipping any replacement item.
