6.1 We aim to honour the delivery timescales as set out below.
6.2 UK Mainland Orders
6.2.1 There are no dispatches on Sundays or Mondays.
6.2.2 Orders of single cigars: Received within 1-2 days.
- Orders placed before 2pm Tuesday-Saturday will be dispatched same day.
- Orders of £50 and over shall be delivered free of charge to mainland UK addresses.
- Chargeable guaranteed expedited delivery options are available.
6.2.3 Orders which include boxes of cigars: Received within 2-4 Days
- Orders shall be delivered free of charge within mainland UK.
- Orders placed before 2pm Tuesday-Saturday will be dispatched same day if items are in stock.
- Chargeable guaranteed expedited delivery may also be available, subject to stock levels, time and day of order.
- Telephone 01843 520 140 or 07903 503 729 to enquire direct if time is of the essence.
6.2.4 For any items listed as available within 2-3 days assume that the above timescales will apply thereafter.
6.2.5 Charges applied shall be as below. Note that these are subject to periodic variations in Royal Mail prices.
